Ariafon is CDMA-WLL service network, providing Voice & Data, established in September 2004, and lunched its services in January 2005, in Erbil City as a first stage with the capacity of 30,000 lines, later started service operation in Duhok in May 2005, with the capacity of 20,000 lines, in August 2005 Zakho network started its operation with the capacity of 15,000 lines, in December 2005 Soran and Akry network started operation with the capacity of 30,000 & 16,500 lines respectively. Currently Ariafon has the capacity of 172,500 Subscribers after some upgrades to different networks.

In December 2006 AriaFon passed 105,000 Voice Subscribers & 25,000 Data Subscribers in Erbil, Duhok, Zakho, Akry & Soran.
